JOE B. WILSON

BIOGRAPHY
Joe Wilson has a B.A. and an M.A. (1973) in South Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin at Madison focusing on Buddhist Studies, Tibetan, and Sanskrit. He has a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia (1984).

He is currently Chair of the Philosophy and Religion Department at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He co-chairs the American Academy of Religion's Seminar on the Study of Yogacara Buddhism.
