HOW TO FIND PRODUCTS ON SNOW LION'S WEBSITE

Here are a couple of ways to find what you're looking for.

  • Use the "SEARCH THE CATALOG" dialogue box on the top left of your browser window, type in the name or product, then select "GO."

  • Search by category type in the "COMPLETE CATALOG" section, below the search box on the top left.

ORDERING ON LINE

  • Once you've found what you're looking for, click the "ADD TO CART" button below each item, which takes you to your shopping cart. You'll see the name of what you ordered, the discounted price, how many you ordered, and the subtotal.
  • To find more items and add to your cart, use the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button, not the "BACK" arrow. (Back arrow sometimes empties your cart.)
  • To change the quantity click the "CHANGE QUANTITIES" button. Enter the number in the New Quant. box, and select the "SUBMIT CHANGES" button.
  • To delete an item use the "REMOVE" button, check the item and click "SUBMIT."
  • When you're done, click the "CHECKOUT" button. This takes you to your log-in page. Login accounts are just for your convenience--we don't use or access your Username or Password information. There are two options:
    1. If you already have a login user name and password, type them in the boxes provided. Choose your destination—in or outside of the US—and click the button.
    2. You can also place an order without creating an account. If you want to create an account, you can do that at the end of your order. Choose your destination—in or outside of the US—and click the button.

  • Enter or re-check your Shipping Address, choose your Delivery Method, then choose the "CONTINUE COMPLETING ORDER" button on the bottom of the page.
  • This shows what you ordered, including price, quantity, shipping charges (US only), tax (NY or PA only), contribution, and the total charge. Enter or verify your Billing Address on this page. Use your "BACK" button to make changes.
  • On the bottom of the page, you can:
    • enter your payment information: card number, type, expiration date, name on the account
    • get additional information on signing up for on our free services and free tour in Tibet and Nepal, and make a contribution
    • create a login account to speed future checkout
    • offer comments or suggestions—we welcome them! Let us know if you need giftwrapping, have special shipping needs, or have other comments on your order, too.
  • When your order's complete, choose the "CONTINUE COMPLETING ORDER" button. Check over all your billing and shipping information, and merchandise. When you're satisfied, select the "I have reviewed my order and I am ready to submit" button.
  • Your order has been placed! You'll see a printable confirmation page, and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
