Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen

Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen is an international volunteer organization based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Shenpen, which means "helping others" in Tibetan, was created to help poor and disadvantaged people gain access to basic health care, educational opportunities and vocational skills training. The activities of Shenpen focus on six main areas: health services, children’s education, vocational skills training, street children, working with the elderly, and prevention of cruelty to animals.
