Customer Comments and Consumer Survey Results Customer Comments:
"I wanted to write to say how very pleased I am with the service I received from Snow Lion. I am going to study abroad and just found out I needed a certain dictionary before I leave. Snow Lion got it to me well before what I thought was an impossibly early date, and my two interactions with Snow Lion employees were very pleasant. They were courteous and helpful. I will be happy to order from Snow Lion again. Thank you!"—a customer
"I'd also like to let you know that the several titles published by Snow Lion that I've been fortunate enough to read, serve, I believe, as a very positive contribution to humanity. Buddhism and Buddhist studies embraces such a wide ranging realm and, through your publications, it seem to me that access to this realm is made possible. A truly wonderful and much appreciated service. With gratitude I thank all at Snow Lion."—a customer

And this is before I've read anything! I'm very grateful to you all and your effort in making so much access to Buddhism available."—Meg L.
