Dalai Lama's Successor
Could Be a Woman

"If a woman reveals herself as more useful the lama could very well be reincarnated in this form," the 14th Dalai Lama told reporters in Milan, where he arrived for a private visit on Wednesday.

Hispanic Tibetan Astrology and Medicine
Website Launched

The first Spanish website on Tibetan Astrology and Medicine is now available online. Maria Paz Leon, a member of the Kagyu Tekchen Choling center in Argentina, became involved with the site as part of a personal project reasearching the treasures of Tibetan Culture. Jhampa Kalsang, author of the book Tibetan Astro Science, is Ms. Leon's teacher and advisor. Ms. Leon calls the site "the first serious material on the subject in this language."
