Thrangu Rinpoche Teaching on Mountain Doctrine
July 20-29, 2007

From July 20th through July 29th, 2007 Thrangu Rinpoche will give a commentary for the first time ever in the West on the text by Dolpopa Sherab Gyaltsen, Mountain Doctrine. This text was recently translated by Jeffrey Hopkins and published by Snow Lion. Dolpopa's teachings on the Shentong, or other-emptiness view, are resurfacing after hundreds of years. This is a rare opportunity to hear commentary by Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche on these teachings.

The retreat will be held at the Keystone Resort, one hour from the Denver airport.

"I wanted to write to say how very pleased I am with the service I received from Snow Lion. I am going to study abroad and just found out I needed a certain dictionary before I leave. Snow Lion got it to me well before what I thought was an impossibly early date, and my two interactions with Snow Lion employees were very pleasant. They were courteous and helpful. I will be happy to order from Snow Lion again. Thank you!"—A Customer

Survey Results: The result of a survey of Buddhists published by Professor Charles Prebish of Pennsylvania State University ranked Snow Lion Publications first among commercial publishers of books on Buddhism.
