CORAL AND SILVER NECKLACE Old Style



We were very fortunate to come by these two outstanding antique-style pieces--truly one of a kind--made by Himalayan artists. Stunning and elegant, each necklace is created of 9 strands of small coral beads, richly banded with about a dozen finely worked silver trapezoids, each featuring a 1/3" cabechon of mountain-mined red coral. The stones of one necklace are almost all coral, with just a few small turquoise beads to finish it off before a series of silver beads on the back; the other replaces three of the coral strands with three small turquoise ones.  We were assured that the coral used in this jewelry is from ancient seas, mined in the mountains, and no coastal coral reefs were harmed. Generous use of silver throughout. Only two available, so please order early.
