LIFE OF YESHE TSOGYAL DVD Setby Bardor TulkuYeshe Tsogyal, the disciple and consort of Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava), played a crucial role in the introduction and propagation of the Buddhist teachings in Tibet. The early period in her life was marked by hardship and suffering. After she met Guru Rinpoche, she studied and practiced diligently under his guidance, and eventually reached realization. Later on, she herself became a teacher. Yeshe Tsogyal was also the main compiler of his teachings, and it was she who concealed most of his termas (tantric treasures, to be discovered later). This rich, 4-disc teaching on her life by Bardor Tulku, sponsored by KTD in Woodstock, was made at the request of HH 16th Karmapa. The Third Bardor Tulku Rinpoche was born in 1950 in Kham, East Tibet. He was recognized by His Holiness the Sixteenth Gyalwa Karmapa at a very early age. Rinpoche's journey brought him to Rumtek Monastery in Sikkim, where, after many years of study and practice, he met the Sixteenth Karmapa, with whom he subsequently traveled. He is resident teacher at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra in upstate New York, and founder of the Raktrul Foundation.
